"I had to swap for a different size..."
I had to swap for a different size it was about as painless as it gets. Support got back to me super quickly and explained everything clearly, so I wasn’t left guessing. The replacement showed up way faster than I expected too, which felt like a small miracle. Really happy with the whole experience

I ordered my usual size, but it definitely fits smaller than I expected. It’s still wearable, so I’m making it work, but it’s not as comfortable as I hoped. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund since the sizing feels a bit off...

The stuff I got was decent enough, and I don’t want to make it sound like it was bad. It just felt a little overpriced for what it was. I’m fine paying more when the quality clearly matches, but in this case it didn’t quite feel like a fair trade. Not a terrible experience, just not the best value

"The delivery was a bit of a mess..."
The delivery was a bit of a mess. I waited way longer than expected, and then the package finally showed up late anyway. The tracking didn’t really help either, it barely updated, so half the time I had no idea where it was. The package did arrive in the end, but yeah, the whole process was frustrating.

"Support was quick"
I had a small issue and support got it sorted faster than I expected. I mean, I’m not 100% sure why it happened in the first place, but since they fixed it quick, I guess that’s what matters. Nice experience overall
